An amazing cookbook focusing on Chinese Recipe and Chefs around the world has hit the market in October this year, brought to you by The Cleaver Quarterly !!! I have contributed a piece myself, as well as tested recipe, and thought it was pretty tasty and special. The illustration below is partially a representation of the finished dish and partially a narrative about the beginnign to end process for this dish, starting from the grocery store! Hope you enjoy it :)
